Are you an organized, personable accounting professional who enjoys working with clients and being part of a team? We’re looking for someone to join our growing firm!
✨ ABOUT THE POSITION
You’ll work with our monthly accounting and payroll team, assisting a variety of clients with:
✔️ Monthly accounting & reconciliations
✔️ Bank reconciliations
✔️ Sales tax reports
✔️ Federal & state payroll tax reporting
✔️ Monthly financial statements
✔️ Client communication & support
📋 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• QuickBooks experience
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
• Someone who takes pride in accuracy and getting the job done right!
