Business owners have enough on their plate without companies trying to take their good hard earned money for bogus compliance. As of August 11,2026, no US based company is required to file a B.O.I. These emails are already starting hard and fast from companies telling owners they must file these to stay compliant. See the screen shot directly from the government office in charge of this information.
