Caroline Nicola is a sound practitioner, massage therapist, and visual artist based in the Monterey Bay area. Her work centers on cultivating well-being through rest, play, and connection, with a strong emphasis on helping the body settle so deeper states of presence and rest can naturally arise.

She trained as a sound practitioner through Breath + Oneness’ 100-hour Sound Healing Certification and completed a 200-hour Yoga + Mindfulness Teacher Training with Hannah Muse.
