Due to rising fuel prices, the IRS updated the 2026 standard mileage rates mid-year. Taxpayers must apply two sets of rates:
Jan 1 – June 30, 2026:
Business: 0.725 per mile
July 1 – Dec 31, 2026:
Business: 0.76 per mile
