The IRS updated its standard mileage rates effective July 1, 2026. For July 1–December 31, 2026:

Business: 76¢ per mile
Medical: 23.5¢ per mile
Qualifying military moving: 23.5¢ per mile
Charitable purposes: 14¢ per mile

If you use your vehicle for business, be sure you’re using the correct rate for the second half of the year and keeping accurate mileage records.
