Q4 starts today.
And 92 days is still enough time to make meaningful moves before year-end.

This is the point where we’d be looking at things like:
• Where profit actually stands
• What cash flow looks like heading into the final quarter
• Tax decisions that still have time to matter
• What’s driving revenue and what isn’t
• What needs attention now so December doesn’t become a scramble
You do not need to have the whole year figured out by October 1.
You do need to know what the numbers are telling you and what decisions are still yours to make.

Empowered to Profit is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Client Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Seneca!

This is a client-facing, people-meets-operations role for someone who is organized, proactive, a great communicator, and really good at keeping things moving.
You’ll be one of the first people our clients and prospective clients interact with while helping our team stay organized behind the scenes - think client communication, lead follow-up, task management, onboarding, administrative support, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll probably love this role if you’re someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys working with people
- Is exceptionally organized and follows through
- Takes initiative and solves problems
- Can confidently communicate by phone, email, and in person
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing the details
- Has experience with or an interest in AI, and knows how to leverage it while still bringing their own judgment and critical thinking to the work

You should feel comfortable asking your accountant questions — even the ones you think you should already know the answer to.

“Am I paying myself enough?”
“Where did all my cash go?”
“Can I actually afford this?”
“Can you explain that again?”

You’re not running an accounting firm. We are. You don’t know what you don’t know — and you should never feel dumb for asking, clarifying, or saying, “Okay… explain that to me one more time.”

That comfort level matters.

Because our job isn’t just to hand you reports and numbers. It’s to make sure you understand what they mean, why they matter, and what to do with them.
