Garrison Bookkeeping Administration

Garrison Bookkeeping Administration GBA is designed to help small businesses and independent contractors prepare for tax season My business is to help you run your business.

GBA is an independently owned and operated small business based in Aurora, Colorado. Most small businesses spend an inordinate amount of time on bookkeeping and data entry when they should be concentrating on running their business. I offer a variety of services geared toward helping you organize and run your financial paperwork. Well-organized books can save you hundreds of dollars at tax time. Professional tax preparers and CPA's cost upwards of $75/hour to enter and calculate all those receipts laying around from the last year. For a fraction of the cost I will enter those same receipts into an Excel spreadsheet or accounting software, reconcile expenses to the bank statement, and even transform those paper receipts into a space-saving digital copy. Give me a call and we can talk about what you need, and how I can help you achieve your goals! Hurry, tax season is fast approaching and space will fill up FAST!

After spending the last 10 years in corporate accounting, and the last year in non-profit, I'd like to get back to some more basic bookkeeping and data organization. If anyone needs help organizing expenses for tax season please let me know! We can work out a reasonable rate that works for both of us 😊

Highly proficient in excel, Oracle, Blackbaud, and WaveApps, prior experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and Peachtree. Happy to use your software or help you set one up if you don't already have anything.

Also, if anyone is interested in designing a logo for me, send me some pricing please 🙏

**Disclaimer** I am not a tax accountant and I cannot provide tax advice but I can help organize everything so your accountant doesn't charge so much.
