Dr. Quick Books, Inc. Intuit Reseller or QuickBooks Solution Provider (QSP). Intuit's MSRP. Get low fees merchant account.

Buy QuickBooks Online, Payroll, or Time for 30-50% off your 1st year or QuickBooks Enterprise (2 include Enhanced Payroll for 3 EINs) for 20% off 1st yr. As "Dr. QuickBooks & Quicken", I sell QuickBooks Enterprise for 20% off your first year and QuickBooks Online for 30-50% your first year, use Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams to make "house calls" to help support and train small businesses and individuals to learn how to properly manage their financial records in their accounting, bookkeeping, and personal financial management software, and provide free training material for desktop, Mac, Enterprise, and Online. I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Desktop and Online) with additional certification in Point of Sale, Payroll, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Client Advisory Services, and desktop Enterprise software and a Top 100 ProAdvisor from 2014-2023 (I didn't renew to give others a chance) and Top Desktop Expert for 2023. I fix your financial aches and pains by setting up your small business or personal finances in the accountant, bookkeeper, and financial management-oriented programs for the PC or Mac, review what you have created or how you input your data (doing it yourself doesn't always mean you did it right), and tutor you. Let me teach you how to fi$h (or make Tofu if you are a vegan) for yourself and train you one-on-one how to use your program to make your life easier and help you sleep at night. As an Intuit QuickBooks Solution Provider formerly known as an Intuit Premier Reseller, I offer potential and current clients the opportunity to purchase QuickBooks Online, QB Time, and/or payroll for 30% off the first year for new subscribers and up to 50% off your first year if migrating from desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise subscriptions at up to 20% off Intuit’s price for life. I recommend getting an approved Intuit with no monthly fee or minimum merchant account through me as transaction fees are lower through a Reseller. I like to help small businesses save money even if you don't use my services. I am happy to refer you to other ProAdvisors, bookkeepers, accountants, and tax preparers. Common problems that I solve include online banking, payroll, adding accounts, backing up, inventory, credit card processing and payments, creating meaningful reports, mapping your accounts to appropriate tax lines, creating invoices, receiving payments, depositing them correctly, and customizing your program. I offer hourly services, packages, blocks of time, and an unlimited plan once I have worked with you.

Starting October 30, 2026, Meta is updating its Commercial Terms and Self-Serve Ad Terms to grant itself explicit contractual permission to crawl and scrape websites associated with business accounts.

By continuing to use Meta’s business tools—including pages, Instagram profiles, WhatsApp channels, Ads Manager, or Meta Business Suite—companies automatically consent to these new rules.

Key Details of the Scraping Clause

According to legal reviews and industry analysis of the updated documentation, the structural changes include:

• Broad Scope of Domains: Meta's automated software can access domains, webpages, and URLs "associated with" your products or services, or made available through Meta products. This impacts any company running ads, managing public pages, or using Meta's business dashboard.

• AI Training Integration: The terms specifically list AI model training and product development among the intended uses for the collected data. Meta can index, cache, analyze, and periodically update content pulled from your site.

• Creation of Test Credentials: The clause allows Meta to create automated test credentials on your site. Legal experts note this could theoretically allow scrapers to bypass registration or login walls to access gated content.

• No Built-In Opt-Out: There is no toggle or settings button within Meta to opt out of these terms. The terms explicitly state that if a business does not agree, it must stop using Meta's products for commercial purposes.

Meta's Position and Technical Control

A Meta spokesperson clarified that the update consolidates existing legal language into fewer documents to reduce overlap. Meta maintains that website owners can still use standard robots.txt files on their own servers to control or restrict Meta's web crawlers.

Other Major Structural Changes (Oct 30)

The web-scraping updates are part of a broader re-organization where four separate rulebooks are being consolidated into two:

• Product Catalogue Terms are being baked directly into the core Commercial Terms.

• Ad Creative Generative AI Terms are being folded into the standard Self-Serve Ad Terms. Under these new ad terms, businesses assume full legal responsibility for AI-generated content in their ads, even when using Meta's native automated tools.
