The first is a Tax Preparer with an active CPA or EA license and at least three years of experience at a public accounting firm. You’ll work directly with individuals and business owners on a wide range of returns, from personal filings to partnerships and trusts.

The second is a Senior Accountant/Auditor who will run audit, review and compilation engagements and mentor our junior staff. You’ll need a bachelor’s in accounting and three years of experience at a CPA firm.

Both positions are full-time and in person. They pay $75,000 to $95,000 and include health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) and paid time off.

Four major tax law changes are now in effect for business owners.

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act made the 20% Qualified Business Income deduction permanent, restored 100% bonus depreciation, and doubled the estate and gift tax exemption to $15 million per person ($30 million per couple).

Florida also eliminated its state sales tax on commercial rent.

Each provision plays out differently depending on your business structure — confirm how it applies to you before you file.
