New integration: Kintsugi now works with Intuit Enterprise Suite
Running three entities doesn’t mean you have one sales tax problem. It means you have three.
Each entity crosses its own nexus thresholds, registers in its own states, and files on its own schedule. Moving your books to Intuit Enterprise Suite doesn’t change that. For a lot of finance teams, sales tax still lives in a spreadsheet.
Now you can connect each IES entity to Kintsugi:
→ Every entity keeps its own connection, data, and nexus tracking
→ Kintsugi calculates tax and writes it onto your IES invoices, so your team keeps invoicing the way it does today
→ The rate and tax amount are recorded in the invoice memo, and nothing else on the invoice changes, which keeps reconciliation clean
→ Registrations, filings, and remittance are handled for each entity. You review and approve.
Accounting firms and CAS practices can manage IES clients in Kintsugi Portfolio alongside their QuickBooks Online clients. Pending filings, registration gaps, and approaching thresholds all show up in one dashboard.
If you already use Kintsugi with QuickBooks Online, setup follows the same steps.
How many entities is your team tracking sales tax for right now?
