Faye studied Mass Communication and began her career in the corporate world before transitioning into education, where she spent more than eight years teaching English and providing corporate and workplace training. Her experience across both corporate and educational settings has allowed her to develop a strong foundation in communication, organization, and supporting people and teams.

Faye is excited to continue growing her career at Equitable and looks forward to building relationships with colleagues across the organization and contributing to the Woodland Hills office.
