Early indicators show that it’s impacting consumer spending 💸, which was not shown to have been impacted in Q1 of this year. We are in a bear market 🐻, meaning investor outlook is not positive at this time. It’s not official yet, but we’re probably most likely in a recession 📉.

Prices for homes are not going to come down. The rate of appreciation will slow down from 30-->15% year over year increase, but housing prices are definitely not going to crash like in 2008.

In October 2021, as a founder, I was selected to participate in Breaking Barriers in Entrepreneurship workshop series as an underrepresented, veteran business owner. Over the course of 8 weeks, I worked with expert trainers in marketing, sales, accounting, and etc. to learn valuable lessons to take my business(es) to the next level.


Thanks to that program, it has not only given insightful lessons that I’ve applied to my business, but has also opened the door to other awesome opportunities!
