The Financial Haus

The Financial Haus We’re like personal trainers for your money. Even if you’re still paying off student loans. All without regard to your age, gender, background, or FICO score.

Financial Haus was created for Millennials, Gen-Z's, (and their parents) as a place to come to get financial planning and coaching advice to help reach your goals faster. Where other institutions will only work with millionaires and people with lots of assets to manage, we want to be the financial partner that helps get you there. Financial Haus is a group of millennial financial advisors who’ve ditched the stuffy suit & tie look. Our goal is to help our clients build a strong financial foundation through debt management, budgeting, saving for a down payment, investments review, and wealth management. Our financial coaching program begins with our Bootcamp assessment where we get to know you and your goals, and you can ask us your financial questions. We develop a comprehensive financial plan based on your current situation and your goals. We then spend a year or two working together on that plan - keeping you accountable to your goals, motivated to achieve, and adjusting where necessary. When the time is right, we can put a Haus Growth plan together and begin managing assets like your retirement and investments.

Wealth Building Checklist for High Earners 👇

One of the biggest mistakes I see high earners make is believing that earning more automatically creates wealth.
It doesn't.
I've met physicians, attorneys, engineers, business owners, and executives making well into six figures who still feel behind financially because their money has no system.
Here's how this looks like:
Money lands in checking.
Bills get paid.
Whatever is left sits there "until I figure out what to do with it."
Lifestyle slowly expands.
A few years go by.
Income doubled... but wealth barely moved.
That means you're reacting to money instead of directing it. That's checkers.
Wealth is built by making decisions before the money even arrives. That's chess.
Every dollar should have an assignment before it ever hits your account.
That sequence looks something like this:
✅ Stay current on your debt payments.
✅ Eliminate high-interest debt (roughly anything above 8%).
✅ Keep roughly one month of expenses in checking.
✅ Build a 3-6 month emergency reserve in a high-yield savings account.
✅ Capture every dollar of your employer's 401(k) match.
✅ Then begin aggressively funding accounts that continue building long-term wealth while maintaining liquidity.
