Between Meet the Firms at CSUSB, launching the IE Firm Management Group, and last Thursday's CalCPA ABC Night at the Mission Inn in Riverside, these last few weeks have been nonstop. And we are here for it.

We hosted the first Inland Empire Firm Management Group meeting at our office last week, and it was a great evening.

We saw a need in the Inland Empire for a space where firm leaders could connect locally, so we made it happen.

The inaugural meeting brought together partners and managers from firms across the IE to network, exchange ideas, and hear from guest speaker Carl Peterson and the AICPA Insurance Trust.

We are proud to have launched this and excited to see it grow. The IE accounting community deserves a space like this, and we are making sure it has one.

We showed up to Meet the Firms at CSUSB on Tuesday night with a full crew!

What an incredible evening! We met some really bright students, reconnected with professors and professionals, and got to represent the firm the way we always try to: with good people and good energy.

Evenings like this remind us why staying connected to the next generation of accountants in the Inland Empire is so important.

Thank you to CSUSB, Beta Alpha Psi, Iota Eta, and the Accounting Association for putting this together. And to the students we connected with, don't be strangers!

Mark is officially a CPA! And of course, the team went out Friday night to celebrate this awesome accomplishment.

Anyone who has been through the CPA exam knows what it takes to get to this moment. Mark put in the work and earned it. We are incredibly proud of him and glad he is part of this team.

Maya and Daniel spent Tuesday evening at CSUSB with Beta Alpha Psi, Iota Eta and Accounting Association students, helping them get ready for Meet the Firms.

Everything from dress code, resumes, what to ask, and how to walk into a room full of professionals and feel confident. Preparation can make all the difference, and that's what we enjoy about being part of these conversations.

The students coming up in this profession deserve people who are willing to take the time to help them feel ready.
