🌀 The Gulf is back in the spotlight.

The National Hurricane Center is currently monitoring a tropical depression in the Gulf of Mexico that could strengthen into a tropical storm in the coming hours. While the forecast track may still change, forecasters are watching for heavy rainfall, dangerous surf, and localized flooding along parts of the Gulf Coast this week.

Beyond the forecast, there's something every property owner should know:

Our heartfelt condolences go out to his wife, Edna, and to all of his family and loved ones. May his memory continue to bring comfort to those who knew him.
