Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $12-$16/hour depending on experience.

Professional accounting firm is looking to hire a responsible and dedicated individual as our receptionist.

The candidate should possess the following attributes:
* Professional appearance
* Must be bilingual
* Professional & friendly phone etiquette
* Outgoing personality
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to multi-task
* General office tasks-Filing, faxing, data entry, ability to answer a
5-line telephone
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctual
* Light housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the office.

This is a PART-TIME position with a 90-day evaluation. This is a Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. position, with extended hours, including Saturdays during tax season. No benefits are offered with this position.
