How fun is this?!?!?!

We are hosting this fun event in Lions Club Park the day BEFORE 👻Halloween👻. Join us!

🎃 Bring jack o' lanterns and whatever else for your set-up to the park BEFORE 5:45 p.m. Everything must be set up by 5:45 p.m. on Friday, 10/30.
👥 Must be family-friendly. Use battery-operated candles (flameless) for safety purposes.
🤗 All families, organizations and businesses welcome to participate in this fun event!
☑️ Walking and voting starts at 6:00 p.m.
🧟‍♀️ Wear costumes if you want to. This is not a requirement but could add to the fun!

Bring the WHOLE family to the park to see the great pumpkin creations!

We know what you are thinking...Christmas🎅?! But, we have photos📸 to take, meetings to have and dresses to buy!

It is time! Applications📝 are ready. Look for them outside the offices of DHS, DMS and in backpacks of your DES Pre-K, K and 1st grade girls. We also have some at the Jessie E. Mccully Memorial Library - Dixon Library. This is open to girls in those grades that reside in Dixon School District whether you attend schools here or have a residence here. We can't wait for "A Holly Dolly Christmas"!🎄

Cow Days is finished.....it is SPOOKY SEASON!👻

Trick or Treat on Main Street is coming on Saturday, October 31st from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Families, organizations and businesses are welcome to and encouraged to set up in the downtown area! Bring the kiddos to the area to trick-or-treat between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please no early trick-or-treating.🍬

In Facebook world, you can be a keyboard warrior and get pretty ugly. In a tax focused thread there was a post about somebody really just venting. I made a positive comment encouraging the person to continue to help the client. A responder attacked! And it was sad how ugly it truly was. I responded that I was sad she has been treated so badly by clients that this is her current level of response. (Maybe some is her own fault in what she focuses on 🫣)

I said we have GREAT customers who we enjoy and who continue to support us! 😍 We do get to pick who we want as clients. And…. We get to say no.

We are so BLESSED you pick us! ❣️ And I am grateful we picked YOU!!!

Thank you for making our tax practice not “ugly!”

I have run some interviews recently with potential employees and I do get to say we have really, really good clients.

Y’all are superstars!!!
