A message from co-founder and Partner Jack Hughes:

I am writing to inform you that I have made the decision to retire as a Financial Advisor, effective August 31, 2025. This transition will allow me to dedicate more time to my family and personal pursuits, while remaining actively involved with the firm in a consulting capacity.

While I will no longer be present in the office daily, I will continue to collaborate with Brooks under a five-year contract, and my role will shift primarily to that of a consultant. Please rest assured that I remain deeply committed to your financial well-being and the ongoing success of our partnership.

After over 40 years in the investment industry, it has been a privilege to provide you with personalized financial guidance. I am incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made together and the positive impact on your financial future. Brooks will continue to serve as your trusted advisor and is fully dedicated to supporting your goals moving forward.
On a personal note, I am excited to spend more time with my wife and two grandchildren, who are a central part of my life.

I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for your loyalty and trust throughout the years. It has truly been an honor to work with you, and I look forward to continuing our relationship in this new capacity.
