She has been a partner in a regional Jacksonville firm and has over 15 years of experience. Robbie is our Consulting Manager with over 20 years of experience in management and marketing; he is an essential asset to the firm. Together, Kristen and Robbie Wiles are working to provide an exceptional accounting experience to St. Augustine Beach and the surrounding areas. New BOI Reporting for deadline 1/13/25!!! Just a reminder, if you have a business, then you are required to file a BOI report. The deadline has been extended to 1/13/25. There are substantial penalties if this report is not filed on time. You can file this report for FREE at

A final rule implementing the beneficial ownership information reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) was issued in September 2022. These regulations go into effect on January 1, 2024. Beneficial ownership information will not be accepted prior to January 1, 2024.
