Man. I am sorry to tell you it doesn’t work. This process is super old. Look up the case summaries and see what they say. Whether you agree or not it is what it is. You are better learning how to operate a domestic or foreign trust. I tried it all. It worked for a couple months in the early 2000s. Then they start picking people up. No pun intended.Just being honest.
