Need to make a payment to the IRS for your balance due or estimated tax payments 👀

1. Go to IRS.gov/Payments
2. Pick how you want to pay:
• Direct Pay (bank account, no fee)
• Debit/Credit Card (small fee)
• EFTPS (if you’re enrolled)
3. Verify who you are (name, SSN/ITIN, date of birth, filing status, last tax return info).
4. Enter details: pick the tax year, type of payment, and amount.
5. Add your bank or card info.
6. Review & confirm everything looks right.
7. Save your confirmation number/receipt for proof.

Tip for you💡: Always double-check the tax year you select when making a payment. The IRS applies your payment to the specific tax period you choose. For example, if you owe for 2023, be sure you pick 2023 when paying. Choosing the wrong year could delay your balance being cleared.
