🏥 October 15 – December 7: Medicare Open Enrollment
Review your current Medicare coverage and make changes to your Medicare Advantage or prescription drug plan for the upcoming year.

🩺 ACA Marketplace Open Enrollment begins November 1
Georgia residents can review, change, or enroll in health coverage through Georgia Access. Enroll by December 15 for January 1 coverage, or between December 16 and January 15 for February 1 coverage.

Big update for U.S. business owners 📢

FinCEN has permanently ended federal Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements for U.S. companies and U.S. persons under its new final rule.

✅ U.S. companies are exempt
✅ U.S. persons are exempt
✅ Previously reported exempt U.S.-person information is expected to be removed by FinCEN
⚠️ Certain foreign entities can still have reporting obligations

The IRS has proposed new rules that could restrict the refundable portion of certain federal tax credits for individuals who are not considered “qualified aliens” under federal law.

Potentially affected credits include:
