Roundstone was proud to once again host an evening with Jeffrey Stern, founder and host of the Lay of the Land Podcast.
The event brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and innovators from across Northeast Ohio for thoughtful conversations, new connections, and ideas that will continue to shape our region's future.
At Roundstone, we know that meaningful progress starts with collaboration. Whether we're working to transform healthcare or investing in our local business community, we're committed to creating opportunities for people to learn from one another and grow together.
Thank you to Jeffrey and everyone who joined us for another great evening. We look forward to seeing the impact these conversations and connections create.

We brought the energy to this year's Cleveland Corporate Challenge and earned a second place finish in our division!
Our employees embraced every opportunity to compete which led to first-place finishes in the 3-mile run, golf simulator, skeeball, and the relay race.
While we're excited about the results, what stands out most is the willingness to get involved, cheer each other on, and represent Roundstone with such great energy. Congratulations to everyone who participated and helped make this year's Cleveland Corporate Challenge a success!

Getting dunked for a good cause was well worth it.
At our Roundstone Summer Festival, employees and their families took aim at members of our leadership team in a dunk tank, helping us raise $600 for Re:Source Cleveland, an organization that supports refugees, asylees, humanitarian parolees, and their families as they build new lives in Northeast Ohio.
We're incredibly grateful to everyone who purchased throws, made donations, and helped turn a fun activity into meaningful support for our community.
We're proud to continue our partnership as presenting sponsor of the 2026 Re:Source Cleveland Benefit. If you'd like to learn more about their work, get involved, or join us in supporting the Benefit visit: https://www.resourcecleveland.org/benefit

We're reflecting on an incredible summer of learning, growth, and collaboration as the interns wrap up their time with us.
Over the past few months, five college students explored every part of our business, shadowing departments and gaining firsthand insight into the world of captive insurance. Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and dedication made a lasting impact.
Thank you all for your hard work and contributions this summer. We'll miss you and wish you all the best in what's ahead!

Enabling our employees to Live Well means making room for moments of connection, shared experiences, and a chance to step away from day-to-day life in the office.
Today, our team went out back to catch a glimpse of the historic Big Boy train as it traveled through Rocky River in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States. With hot dogs served by our interns and beautiful weather, it was a great opportunity to take a break from the workday, connect with each other, and enjoy a memorable local event.
Sometimes, the best memories are the ones that happen right outside your back door! 🚂🌭

This Earth Day, we’re proud to highlight some of the ways sustainability shows up in our everyday operations. 🌎
From composting and recycling to refillable water stations and biodegradable materials, we’re focused on reducing our environmental footprint in practical ways.
Our office also includes motion-sensor lighting, an electric vehicle charging station, and a system that retains stormwater in an underground cistern that captures the water and prevents runoff.
Small, intentional choices add up.
It’s not about doing everything at once—it’s about making better choices where we can and continuing to live well.

We believe in investing in future talent—and our Summer Internship Program is one way we bring that to life!
This summer, we’re excited to welcome a group of driven, curious, and motivated students who will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Through our rotational internship model, they’ll develop real-world skills, build meaningful connections, and gain insight into how each team contributes to our mission.
Please join us in welcoming our 2026 summer interns:
· Dylan Murphy – The Ohio State University | Data Analytics
· Rubee Berges – Ohio University | Communication Studies & Psychology
· Izzy Tejeda Medina – University of Cincinnati | Finance
· James Gould – Cleveland State University | Accounting & Information Systems
We’re proud to support their growth and look forward to the impact they’ll make during their time with us.
Welcome to Roundstone!

Most employers don’t realize how much their healthcare experience is shaped by one decision: Their provider network.
A “good” provider is not just about who’s in-network.
It’s about:
• What care costs
• Which doctors employees can see
• How stressful the experience becomes
The right network impacts access, cost, and the quality-of-care employees receive every day.
With our self-funded plan, employers can evaluate networks based on what matters:
✔️ Cost transparency
✔️ Provider quality and access
✔️ Fit for their population.
✔️ Integration with their overall cost strategy
Because behind every network decision is a real person:
An employee trying to afford a prescription
A parent scheduling a specialist visit
Someone navigating a diagnosis they didn’t expect
If you’re exploring self-funding, this could be one of the most important decisions you’ll make.
