A plan's list of covered drugs, called a formulary, can change from one year to the next. A medicine that was covered this year might move to a different cost level or need extra steps next year. Annual Enrollment is the yearly window, October 15 through December 7, when people already on Medicare can look at their coverage and make changes for the coming year. Plans can change their costs, drug lists, and doctor networks from year to year, so it is a good time to make sure yours still fits.
