We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment and is willing to step up to the plate to help provide proactive solutions for some of the best businesses in Baldwin County and beyond.
Responsibilities will include:
- Engagement leader and direct point of contact for individuals and business entities
- Preparation of individual, corporate and partnership income tax returns, projections, and estimated payments at the federal and state levels
- Supervising and reviewing tax return preparation
- Preparation and filing of S Corporation elections and state pass through entity elections
- Researching relevant tax issues based on client needs
- IRS notice resolutions and representation for customers
- Preparation and/or review of business accounting services (Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax)
NOTE: We do not currently offer audit services. This position will not require audit experience.
- We are very customer service and process driven. Our environment is highly organized and effective.
- We work as a team to assist business owners who are great at what they do, but seek additional expertise in the area of accounting, tax preparation and business management. Utilizing financial principles from leaders such as Dave Ramsey, we take a unique interest in our customers, providing advisory services that improve profitability and assist business owners with meaningful wealth management advice.
- Mostly small to mid-size profitable businesses, high net wealth individuals and individuals with rental properties. Very few non-profits and trust (currently not accepting any additional.)

The IRS has announced that dozens of Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) across the country will be open on Saturday February 11, March 11, April 8 and May 13, 2023, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Taxpayers will be able to access face-to-face assistance from IRS employees without an appointment.

IR-2023-20, Feb. 6, 2023 — As part of a continuing effort to improve service this tax season, the Internal Revenue Service today announced special Saturday hours for the next four months at Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs) across the country.
