We want the entire world to be aware of these new requirements for all businesses established with a secretary of state. Large penalties will result from failure to file! Coming due January 1st of 2025 for companies established prior to January 1st 2024.

New Corporate Transparency Act require many corporations, LLCs and other entities to report beneficial ownership and other information to FinCEN.
