We had a great time volunteering together in the kitchen at , a non-profit organization that provides healthy food for parents, foster parents, senior citizens - anyone who could use a little bit of help and support! They also act as a community hub for non-profits that need to use their space ♥️
We loved learning about this organization and are so appreciative that they are committed to making volunteering accessible!

If you’re looking for an easy activity to do with your kids or your friends this season, Homeward needs volunteers to make 5 cold weather kits with an encouraging note for individuals experiencing homelessness. Come grab some giving bags from us here at the office, add a few cold weather items like hand warmers and a hat, and an encouraging note ! You can find more instructions and supply list in the link in profile.
“ In January, Homeward will conduct their “Point in Time” count. A point-in-time count is an unduplicated count on a single night of the people in a community who are experiencing homelessness. Point-in-time counts are important because they establish the dimensions of the problem of homelessness and help policymakers and program administrators track progress toward the goal of ending homelessness. Your compassionate cold weather kits will help keep these individuals warm, healthy, and hopeful during our winter months.”
