What a beautiful morning at the Coachella Valley Trailblazers event!

For the second year, I had the privilege of being invited, and of course, I brought my team along! 🤍 I truly believe growth is even more meaningful when we bring others with us.

Hearing the stories of Latino leaders, their struggles, perseverance, and journeys was such a beautiful reminder that although we may share similar roots, we don’t all walk the same path.

As a proud Latina born in Mexicali, Mexico, who immigrated to this country at 13, I couldn’t help but reflect on my own journey. Today, being able to serve the community I call home is a blessing I don’t take for granted. What a faithful God we serve! 🥹🙏🏼

My biggest golden nugget today?

THERE IS ROOM FOR EVERYONE AT THE TABLE!

As I always say, “PARA TODOS SALE EL SOL!” ☀️

You and I can have the same profession, run the same type of business, and serve the same community, yet there will always be clients and opportunities for BOTH of us!

You’ve probably heard about the new “no tax on tips up to $25,000”…
but let’s clear this up 👇🏼

👉🏼This does NOT mean tips are automatically tax-free
👉🏼It applies under specific rules and income thresholds
👉🏼And yes… you STILL have to report your tips

Most importantly:
👉🏼This is not a tax credit
👉🏼It is a deduction that may reduce your taxable income — not a dollar-for-dollar refund

This is where a lot of people get confused — and mistakes here can cost you later.
