📣 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator

Kelsay Advisory Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support our bookkeeping and day-to-day administrative operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
• General ledger review
• Month-end reporting
• Payroll processing
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments and Zoom calls
• General administrative support

Position details:

📍 Punta Gorda, Florida
🏠 Hybrid position
📅 Monday–Thursday
⏰ 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
💵 $25 per hour
📈 Opportunity to expand hours

The ideal candidate has previous bookkeeping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Zoom.
