A Purdue graduate and lifelong Gibson County resident, Jacinda started her career at Baird as an intern in 2014 before joining the firm full-time in 2016. Today, she helps clients navigate retirement, taxes, and long-term financial planning with confidence.

With basketball season right around the corner, you can often find the Hughen family cheering on the Princeton Tigers, where her husband, Matt, serves as Head Strength Coach and JV Boys Basketball Coach. Outside of work, Jacinda stays involved with New Life Church in Princeton, Gibson County 4-H, and the Miss Gibson County Fair Queen Pageant, while keeping up with her daughter Halle and cheering on the Chicago Bears 🐻⬇️

Earlier this year, Erin was promoted to Senior Client Specialist, a well-deserved achievement that reflects her dedication, hard work, and commitment to supporting both our team and the clients she serves. Erin consistently goes above and beyond, investing countless hours to ensure our team succeeds and our clients receive exceptional service.
Outside of work, Erin is actively involved in her community through her volunteer efforts with the Owensville Community Planners. Giving back is something she's passionate about, and she enjoys making a positive impact close to home.
When she's not working or volunteering, Erin and her husband love exploring new places together. Most recently, they enjoyed a trip to Florida, creating new memories and taking in all the Sunshine State has to offer. Closer to home, you'll often find the pair cruising around in their Jeep and enjoying the open road.
What truly stands out about Erin is her genuine passion for her work. She loves what she does and cares deeply about the clients she serves, making her an invaluable member of our team.
