Big things are happening at Arbor Capital!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been watching our future home start to take shape, and we’re excited to finally start sharing the journey with you.

This new space represents more than just a new office. It represents the growth of our team, the relationships we’ve built, and what can happen when you stay focused on taking great care of people.

We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing team, our clients, and everyone who has been part of Arbor Capital’s story so far.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we can’t wait to bring you along as our new home comes to life.

Follow along as we build the next chapter of Arbor Capital.

Every Monday morning, we start the week together.

We catch up on everyone’s weekend, celebrate wins from the week before, and make sure we’re aligned on what’s ahead.

Serving more than 700 families keeps our team busy, which makes it even more important to intentionally create time to connect. We talk through what’s happening that week, where someone might need support, and share ideas and best practices that help all of us continue to grow.

These meetings aren’t just about calendars and to-do lists. They’re about staying connected, working as a team, and making sure we’re showing up at our best for the families we serve.

A strong week starts with a strong team.

We honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless heroes whose courage and sacrifice have carried us forward. Their strength reminds us why we do what we do, because the freedom and security they protected is what allows us to serve, guide, and build futures for the families in our community today.

We will never forget.

Family Focused — it’s one of our guiding principles, and it doesn’t stop with the families we serve.

At Arbor Capital, we believe the relationships we build with each other matter just as much as the work we do together.

Sometimes that means collaborating on a financial plan or working through a challenge for a client. And sometimes it means putting the laptops away, enjoying a beautiful summer day, sharing some laughs, and simply spending time together.

Because when you genuinely know, trust, and care about the people you work alongside, it shows up in how you serve others.

We’re proud of the team we’re building, the culture we’re creating, and the work family behind Arbor Capital.

Build Confidence. Simplify Life. Peace of Mind.

On Monday, the Arbor Capital Wealth Advisors team was proud to be one of the sponsors of the Anthony Comunale Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by the Italian Center.

It was a great day on the course for an even better cause. Proceeds from the tournament help fund scholarships for college students and support them as they work toward their education, careers, and future goals.

At Arbor Capital, we talk a lot about investing for the future. And while that usually means financial planning and building wealth, some of the best investments we can make are in the people right here in our community.

Supporting scholarships and helping students pursue higher education is an investment in the next generation, and that’s something we’re proud to be a part of.

Thank you to the Italian Center for putting together such a great event. We had a blast and always love an opportunity to get out, connect with our community, and support a great cause.

Cultivating Wealth, One Branch at a Time.

There’s something pretty special about getting to watch a business grow over the years.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with the owner of DS Home Services for many years, and it’s incredible to think about how far the business has come, from one man and one truck to a team of more than 40 employees.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes years of hard work, consistency, relationships, and a commitment to the community you serve.

Celebrating their 20th anniversary and ribbon cutting was also a great reminder of just how much of an impact a local business can have. It’s not only about the services they provide. It’s about the jobs they create, the families they support, the relationships they build, and the role they play in strengthening the community around them.

On a personal note, it was great getting out of the office for the afternoon and catching up with so many friends and colleagues I hadn’t seen in a while.

Congratulations to the entire DS Home Services team on 20 years. It’s been pretty cool watching the journey, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings.

Some of the most meaningful moments in our work aren’t found in spreadsheets, meetings, or financial plans. They’re found in simple gestures like this.

A handwritten thank you card is a reminder that what we do is about so much more than numbers. It’s about relationships, trust, and the privilege of walking alongside our clients through life’s milestones.

These small, tangible moments of appreciation turn long hours into purpose, challenges into shared victories, and everyday work into something truly meaningful.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. Your trust and kindness remind us every day why we love what we do.

Financial planning isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being intentional.

The small financial decisions you make today can have a lasting impact on your future.

Here are a few simple reminders:

DO:
• Set realistic financial goals.
• Create and follow a budget.
• Review your financial plan regularly.
• Ask for professional guidance when needed.
• Plan for retirement before it’s urgent.

DON’T:
• Ignore your finances.
• Spend more than you earn.
• Put off saving and investing.
• Make emotional financial decisions.
• Overlook the importance of protecting what you’ve built.

Financial planning isn’t about restricting your life. It’s about creating the freedom to live it with confidence.

At Arbor Capital Wealth Advisors, we’re here to help you build a plan that grows with you, through every stage of life.

Buying a home is exciting, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of your financial future.

One guideline many financial planners use is the 28% Rule, which suggests keeping your total monthly housing costs, including your mortgage, property taxes, homeowners insurance, and HOA fees (if applicable)-at or below 28% of your gross monthly income.

While it’s not a one-size-fits-all rule, it’s a great starting point to help you:

• Understand what fits comfortably within your budget.
• Avoid becoming “house rich, cash poor.”
• Leave room to continue saving for retirement, emergencies, vacations, and the life you want to build.

Remember, just because a lender approves you for a certain amount doesn’t necessarily mean that’s the right amount for your financial goals.

A home should provide stability, not financial stress.

If you’re thinking about buying a home or wondering what price range makes sense for your situation, we’d be happy to help you create a plan before you start shopping.

Because the best financial decisions begin with a plan.

Father’s Day has come and gone, but I’ve spent the last few days reflecting on what it means to be a father.

In life, I wear many hats: financial advisor, business owner, partner, son, brother, and friend. Each role comes with its own responsibilities and rewards. But being a father is one of the most meaningful and fulfilling roles I’ve ever been given.

This year was especially special as I watched my son, Roman, celebrate his moving-up ceremony and prepare to start high school this fall. I’m incredibly proud of him for achieving Top 10 GPA honors for the third consecutive year. His hard work, discipline, and dedication continue to inspire me.

As a financial advisor, I often talk with clients about the power of investing and the magic of compounding. What’s interesting is that the same principle applies to parenting. The small moments, the conversations, encouragement, lessons, support, and time we invest in our children may seem insignificant in the moment, but over time they compound into confidence, character, resilience, and success.

The greatest returns in life aren’t always found in an investment account. Sometimes they’re standing right beside you, growing into the person they’re meant to become.

I’m grateful for every opportunity I have to invest in Roman’s future and to watch those investments grow.

Congratulations, Roman. I couldn’t be prouder of you.
