Just some quick tips on saving money on groceries.

Stop Wasting money at the grocery store. Especially on impulse buys.
This can lead to Overspending. Write down what your needs are Vs. Your Wants.
Make a list of the food or ingredients you will need for meals coming up.

A lot of people buy food as comfort; it brings them pleasure. They made go to the grocery store hungry and then overbuy. I have done this.
I make a list mostly to help me remember what I need to get. Yet, it helps me not to impulse or over-buy. Some people use delivery food services to prevent overbuying.

It can be hard to get a handle on your finances.

It is painful to do the work. It is also painful to stay right where you are.

I was stuck in a pain cycle. I was in too much pain and embarrassed about my financial situation. I did not want to go thru the pain of fixing my thoughts. That was way too much work and effort.

Yet, I was going to be in pain either way. I might as well go through the pain that would lead to a happy ending. Instead of running from the pain and discomfort, I embraced it.
