Last week I presented to early‑career advisors in our office on creating better systems for more intentional client service. I am hoping to roll this out on a larger scale with our broker-dealer soon! Very exciting stuff!

I had the chance to attend the Christian Fellowship Community annual retreat for study group leaders at a ranch in Texas again this year — and it was just what I needed. It was refreshing to reconnect with like-minded friends from around the country who share my values. I even took my first cold plunge, shot clays, drank cowboy coffee, and learned from some of the brightest professionals in my network. Grateful for the fellowship, the conversations, and the memories!
