Sisterson & Co. LLP will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.

Today we swapped our usual work attire for college colors and celebrated the schools that helped shape our journeys.

From friendly rivalries to alumni connections, the office was full of school spirit and great conversations. While our colors may differ, one thing remains the same-we’re all on the same team.

No debates were settled and no rivalries were ended, but we did accomplish one thing: getting everyone together for a great photo!

We are pleased to announce the promotions of Jackie Johnson and Anthony Rosso to Manager. Their promotions recognize their continued professional growth, leadership, and contributions to Sisterson. Congratulations to both on this well-deserved achievement.

100 Years of Service and Trust

On July 15, Sisterson & Co. proudly celebrated its 100th anniversary. During our annual firm meeting, Managing Partner Debbie Ogrodnik, CPA presented a proclamation from Mayor Corey O'Connor officially declaring July 15 as Sisterson & Company Day in the City of Pittsburgh.

To mark the occasion, 100 partners and employees participated in our Sisterson Cares Volunteer Day, supporting Community Human Services and its mission to help individuals and families experiencing housing and food insecurity throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region.

As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to serving our clients, supporting our community, and building on the values that have guided us for the past 100 years.

Sisterson was pleased to host our 14th annual Women's Networking Event at the Dollar Bank Rooftop Lounge.

The evening provided an opportunity for women across a variety of industries to connect, exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and expand their networks in a welcoming setting.

To top off an already memorable evening, we were treated to a beautiful rainbow over the Pittsburgh skyline, a fitting backdrop for an event centered on meaningful connections and community.

Today marks a milestone 100 years in the making.

Since 1926, Sisterson has been privileged to serve clients, support our community and grow alongside the people and businesses that make this region strong.

As we celebrate our 100th anniversary, we are honoring the tradition, relationships and trust that brought us here while embracing the change, innovation and opportunities that will carry us into the next century.

History | Sisterson On July 1, Douglas G. Sisterson forms D.G. Sisterson & Company along with J.R. Miller and Max Sieger. The Firm's first clients are J.H. Hillman & Sons Company and the DuPuy family. Offices were in the First National Bank Building, which was demolished in 1970 to make way for One PNC Plaza.

Sisterson is pleased to welcome our newest Associates and Summer Interns to the firm.

Over the past several weeks, they have begun their onboarding and training while getting acquainted with our people and culture. In addition to learning from our professionals, they have participated in firm events, including our New Hire Pirates game and monthly Third Thursday lunch.

We are excited to have these talented individuals join our team and look forward to supporting their professional growth and development throughout the summer and beyond.
