“Cost Effective Delivery of Paralegal Services”

My journey began in 2002 after administrating my father’s Framing company since the age of 16, after continuously being left without work in between projects. I couldn’t afford to work in between projects for minimum wages elsewhere to support my son, our household and I. Having administrative experience and seasonal work with our CPA at the time I began to apprehend how to do accounting and Income Taxes. I remember telling our CPA so many times that office work was not for me, I was not made for it. And he would always respond with a loud laugh and say “You have learned so much and have so much potential that you will one day own C&A Framing” which of course my Father being the Macho Hispanic Man men like to be, He would never allow for that to happen being he had two Son’s to inherit his Company, behold to know neither of them did. Soon after I began to take care of the company’s accounting and Income Tax filings my self and when I least expected it began to do close friends and family’s Income Tax Returns. From that time on slowly but surely word of mouth has been my biggest and most effective method of advertisement that has allowed me to expand into Legal Document Preparation, Notary Services, Divorce, Translations, and so much more... I still remember my sister and I sitting in the office thinking of names for “Our” new business and I liked it and have kept it since, “Pronto Multi Services.” I Incorporated it in 2002 and am proud to be where I am today, 16 years later. I enjoy helping people, the Hispanic community has been great to me, and am always learning new things to be prepared for any questions you may have so that I can provide you with the best knowledgeable answer possible. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies that has helped me expand my knowledge to the growth of services I now provide. I recently became an Ordained Minister/Clergy and have already performed over 20 wedding ceremonies and one Quinceanera ceremony. I am Licensed and Bonded as a Signing Agent for title companies in both English and Spanish. Being that I still have far far in the back of my mind that I am not an office person, I do a lot of my work out of the office, I meet with clients at cafes, fast food joints, Juice bars or their homes to keep me on my feet. I cannot wrap this up without acknowledging that I would not have been able to do any of this without the unconditional support of my spouse and children, I love them deeply and enjoy every moment I can spend with them.
