Jessica serves on the Firm’s Executive Team in her role as Director of Operations. In her 5 years at the Firm, Jessica has helped the firm develop and implement our operational processes that have allowed us to grow from a 10 person organization to a 30 person organization in a short period of time.

Jessica’s unwavering commitment and loyalty to the Firm makes her a very key member of our team. Her drive to deliver excellence helps the Firm succeed and thrive every day. Notably, Jessica has taken a lead role helping the Firm onboard and mentor new staff as well as integrating other Firms that have joined J. Cohen CPAs & Advisors over the last few years.
