We are pleased to share some exciting news with you. If you are a client, you've already heard, but this may be news to some of our loyal social media followers.
As of today, December 13, 2024, Planning Capital Management will merge with Waverly Advisors, LLC, a Birmingham-based fee-only, registered investment adviser (RIA).
When Waverly looked to expand their footprint in the northeast, they sought an experienced partner to help lead the continued growth of their firm, so they reached out to us.
We quickly realized we had shared values, goals, and cultures. We were drawn to their team-based, collaborative approach that offers our clients access to an even greater depth of resources and expertise.
Our current team will remain intact, and we are all excited to become members of Waverly’s 180+ person team with offices in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Texas.
As a part of the tech transition to Waverly’s systems, we will be phasing out our social media posts from the Planning Capital Management Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube pages and channels. Please be sure to follow Waverly Advisors on Facebook and LinkedIn for more great wealth management content and updates about Waverly.
We have been honored to serve you over the years with our monthly content and Quarterly Conversation updates.
Sincerely,
The Planning Capital Team

Richard W. Bell, Jr., CKA® │ Partner
David A. Emery, MBA, CDFA®, CFP® │ Senior Financial Planner
