Wealthy is always the word we use when we look at people we want to become.

The older I get, the more I think the word is wrong.
Episode 002 of Invest Your Time Wisely is live today. TR and I get into something I've been wrestling with for years. Time is the real wealth, not the bank balance.

We cover: The buddy who took a sabbatical before he broke. Why my dad has used the same one-page document since 1982. The pool we almost bought (and the fight we almost had). The grandfathers who traded horse manure for tax services.

If you've been the version of yourself who sells himself out of every short month, this one's for you.

For over 20 years, there has been a clock hidden inside our logo.

Most people never noticed it.

The reason it’s there is simple:

Time is the only asset you can’t buy more of.

At Performance Financial, we spend a lot of time talking about money—how to earn it, save it, protect it, and grow it. But the longer we’ve worked with families and business owners, the more we’ve realized that money isn’t the most valuable resource.

Time is.

Your time with your family.
Your time building your business.
Your time pursuing the things that matter most.

That’s the idea behind our newest blog and podcast episode, Invest Your Time Wisely.

Take a few minutes to give it a read, and let us know:

What’s one thing you’re intentionally making more time for this year?

Why There’s A Clock In Our Logo And What 20 Years of Silence Taught Us About Time. by Sean Kirby | Jun 2, 2026 | Uncategorized | 0 comments For 20 years, the logo for Performance Financial has carried a small detail that almost no one ever noticed. The letter O in the middle of Performance is a cl...

Welcome to meet the team on Friday! A Day where we take the time to share a little more about the people behind all the hard work at Performance Financial!

Meet Evé!

Evé has been with us since the dark days of COVID-2020 and has grown so much with our organization. He works across all 3 facets of our business and specializes in advisory and business consulting.

Favorite Coffee Order / Drink of Choice: Americano, 2 pumps of mocha

Favorite way to spend a day off: A rushed morning getting the family out of the house for an activity, and a workout just hard enough to justify a great meal afterward

One Surprising Fact about myself: I am fascinated with roundabouts

How he invests his time outside of work: Learning how to be a great dad one routine at a time

Lets give him a big round of applause for all he does for our team and clients!👏👏👏
