3 Steps to Prepare for Tax Time

1.) Review your accounts receivable and accounts payables. Make sure that all payments have been posted for the accounts receivables and pay any open bills that are due to your vendors.
2.) Ensure that all transactions have been posted to your accounts. You can ensure this is done by reconciling all your accounts.
3.) Review your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement. The Balance Sheet will provide a snapshot of what you own and what you owe. The Profit and Loss Statement will allow you to see how profitable your business is and help you determine the cost of running your business.
