Let’s talk about gratitude. Here is a reflection from my trip to Zagreb Croatia. This small painting somehow miraculously made it through a fire that destroyed everything. Now people come to pray for miracles in a small anteroom where the ancient gates go under the old town wall.

Paving the walls of the anteroom are little plaques of thanks (“hvala” in Croatian) from people whose prayers were answered.

The practice of expressing gratitude in such a tangible way is really moving, isn’t it?

Hello from beautiful Minneapolis, MN! So far, I've toured Ameriprise's headquarters, enjoyed the company of brilliant female advisors from across the country, and partook in some sightseeing with Meghann Richardson, Assistant Director of Dynamic Directions Digital Marketing.

If you are attending the Ameriprise Women Advisor Summit, what has been your favorite aspect so far?
