Being present in our community is deeply important to me, especially in moments like these. đ¤đ¨đ´
Together with Casa Colombiana en USA (501 C 4) we helped collect, prepare, and send essential supplies to families affected by the recent earthquake.
To everyone who donated, volunteered, packed, transported, or shared; thank you.
Casa Colombia is still accepting donations. Please reach out to them directly to support their continued efforts.
This is community.
This is humanity in action.

Two businesses can generate the same revenue and still be building two completely different futures.
Because revenue tells us what came in. Profit tells us what remained. But stewardship asks a deeper question:
What is that profit being prepared to do?
A higher profit on paper doesnât always mean a business is better positioned. The stronger business may be the one proactively preparing for taxes, investing in retirement, protecting cash, and directing its resources toward what it wants to build next.
The Business Stewardship Assessment helps you understand where your business is already financially strong, where its structure may be creating unnecessary exposure, whether your profit is being directed intentionally, and what deserves your attention next.
Do you know which business youâre building?
Start with the Business Stewardship Assessment. Because knowing your numbers is only the beginning, knowing what theyâre building is the next step.

The longer I work alongside business owners, the more I realize that the question they ask is rarely the question theyâre truly trying to answer.
âDo I need to grow?â often means:
Can I trust what Iâve built?
âAm I making the right decision?â often means:
Can I move forward without second-guessing myself?
And âWhat should I do next?â often means:
Can someone help me see clearly?
Because sometimes, you donât need another person telling you what to do.
You need someone who can help you see your business differently and make decisions from clarity instead of urgency.
Which one of these felt the most true for you?

Most business owners can tell you their revenue. Fewer can tell you their business health score. Kinda chic to be one of the ones who can.
We measure it. Curious what yours is?

Most business problems arenât solved by finding the right answer.
Theyâre solved by asking a better question.
Thatâs the difference between reacting like an owner and thinking like a steward.
A different perspective changes everything.
Save this for the next time everything feels important.

Every new month feels like a fresh start.
But lasting change doesnât come from turning the calendarâŚ
It comes from the way you think, the decisions you make, and how you steward what youâve already been given.
Maybe this is the month you become the person your next season has been waiting for.
If youâre building a business, leading a team, or simply preparing for your next season, I hope August brings you the clarity to know what deserves your attention and the faith to trust the rest.
Welcome, August. đ¤

1800s đ
Railroads and industry connect communities, making it easier for businesses to grow beyond their hometowns.
1900s âď¸
Telephones, automobiles, and airplanes change how people communicate, travel, and do business.
Late 1900s đť
Computers and the internet reshape entrepreneurship, opening new opportunities for innovation and connection.
Today đ
A small business can reach customers around the world. Entrepreneurs collaborate across countries, ideas move instantly, and technology continues to redefine whatâs possible.
As we celebrate Americaâs 250th anniversary, we celebrate the people, communities, innovators, and entrepreneurs who continue contributing to its story.
