We would like to invite you to the upcoming Orange County Government's Grand Concourse Expansion project- Finishes & Interiors Trades Matchmaker hosted by Turner Construction Company (CMAR) to be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 3pm-5pm at the Orange County Government Multi-Cultural Center.

This meeting will connect trades on all levels. This meeting is a part of Turner Construction Company's commitment to foster community outreach and increase trades engagement.
Participants will also meet the team from Turner Construction Company and the Business Development Division team on the Orange County Convention Center’s Grand Concourse Expansion project.

Don’t miss the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and make connections during this collaborative event with Turner Construction Company! The Grand Concourse Expansion project is the $560 million addition to the North-South Building (Phase 5A). The Project includes expansion of the existing building along Convention Way which will add approximately 650,000 square feet. Spaces added include: 100,000-square-foot ballroom, 32,000 – square feet of pre-function space, many meeting rooms of various sizes, North Lobby, South Lobby and covered vehicle drop off. Possibly the most significant element to this project is the connection it provides to the existing North and South concourse. We have partnered with the National Association of Minority Contractors of Central Florida to increase community engagement.

We would like to share information on the Orange County's Grand Concourse Expansion project matchmaker to be held on next Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 3pm to 5pm at the Orange County Convention Center. The first matchmaker includes the core and shell trades. This is the first in a three-part series aimed at connecting 1st tier trade partners with 2nd tier trade partners. Turner Construction Company, who serve as the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR), will host the matchmakers.

The Grand Concourse Expansion project is the $560 million addition to the North-South Building (Phase 5A). The Project includes expansion of the existing building along Convention Way which will add approximately 650,000 square feet. Spaces added include: 100,000-square-foot ballroom, 32,000 – square feet of pre-function space, many meeting rooms of various sizes, North Lobby, South Lobby and covered vehicle drop off. Possibly the most significant element to this project is the connection it provides to the existing North and South concourse.

The project has a 27% Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise participation of the guaranteed maximum price.
