Job Title: International Business Consultant (Law & Finance – Venezuela)

Job Summary:
The International Business Consultant provides strategic advisory services to companies operating in or engaging with the Venezuelan market, with a strong emphasis on legal, financial, and regulatory compliance. This role supports foreign and domestic clients in navigating complex commercial, tax, currency, and corporate-law frameworks while mitigating risk and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on Venezuelan corporate, commercial, tax, and financial regulations

Support cross-border transactions, market entry, restructuring, and compliance strategies

Analyze financial statements, currency controls, sanctions exposure, and risk structures

Coordinate with legal counsel, financial institutions, and government entities as needed

Develop compliant business models, contracts, and operational frameworks

Monitor regulatory, economic, and policy changes impacting client operations

Qualifications:

Background in law, finance, economics, or international business

Strong knowledge of Venezuelan legal and financial systems

Experience with international trade, compliance, or cross-border advisory services

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English required)

Strong analytical, communication, and risk-management skills
