A recent federal court order has paused the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act's beneficial ownership information reporting requirements. This means that, for now, reporting companies are not required to file their beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and will not face liability for non-compliance during this period. However, companies may still choose to submit their reports voluntarily.

Bengard & Associates is hiring an administrative assistant.

We are looking for another administrative assistant who is responsible for co-managing the office responsibilities of our Orange City location. This position would be full time during our tax season (Nov. - April) and part time from May - Oct.

Required minimum knowledge:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques.

Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and applications.

Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
