One of our most common issues when reviewing payrolls is that the Carepro numbers that have been imported are wrong. To help solve this issue, if you check your numbers (adding up your numbers on your payroll platform and comparing them to your timekeeping platform) you'll see an issue and be able to correct it before it becomes a major problem that involves employees being paid incorrectly.

Employee Star of the Month: Kat Bradfield

Congratulations to our newest Customer Success Specialist, Kat Bradfield, who is this month’s Employee Star! Kat has worked in various payroll positions before joining our team here at PayPLUS. She is from southwest Iowa and still lives in that area with her family, husband Charlie and kids Drake and Asher. In her free time, Kat enjoys crafts, including painting, drawing and nail art; and attending Renaissance Faires. If we ever get a band together here at PayPLUS, we’ll have to have Kat play the flute or sing, as she has done both, including in a local punk band. We are so excited to have Kat join our team and can’t wait for all our customers to get to know her!
