We’re looking for a Director of Client Services to join our team!

The Director of Client Services will lead the Client Services team and oversee the client experience for the franchise owners we serve.

This person will mentor team members, manage priorities and workloads, provide guidance on more complex client needs, and identify ways to strengthen processes and improve the client experience. The Director of Client Services will also work closely with leadership to enhance operations and support the continued growth of the company.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, support, and develop a team

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership

- Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines

- Comfortable reviewing financial statements and explaining financial information to clients

- Experience with QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services

- Experience in a client-facing leadership or management role is strongly preferred

- Experience working with small businesses or franchise owners is a plus

Candidates must live within 1–2 hours of Omaha, NE.
