I rebuilt the site from the ground up โ€” not as a brochure, but as a real resource for the people I actually work with.

Many people I work with do not desire to quit working completely. I think the phrase "work optional" is so much more accurate than retirement.

At 65, he was ready. However, he wasn't ready to be done working, and he now has two part-time jobs. They keep him active and social, and he loves having the extra money.
