At Martindale Consultants, we’re proud to highlight team members who bring both technical expertise and strong client relationships to the work they do every day, and Carson Bradshaw is a great example of that balance.
Carson primarily oversees clients operating oil and gas leases with non-operated assets serving as secondary revenue sources, helping manage complex accounting needs with accuracy and consistency. He prepares GAAP-basis financial statements for high-capital clients while also supporting tax, cash, and modified-accrual basis reporting across a variety of operations.
He also brings extensive experience in accounting for multi-million-dollar joint venture drilling programs and plays an important role in supervising payroll processing and reporting.
Beyond his technical knowledge, Carson stands out for his ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver dependable support that clients can count on. We’re fortunate to have his expertise, professionalism, and leadership on our team.

Giving back is a core part of who we are at Martindale 💙
Recently, our team had the opportunity to volunteer with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, helping sort and pack food that supports several of their vital programs serving communities across the state. We also spent time at The Toby Keith Foundation/OK Kids Korral, lending a hand with taking down Christmas decorations and supporting the welcoming environment they provide for families during incredibly difficult times.
We’re grateful for the chance to support organizations that make such a meaningful impact and proud of our team for showing up with generosity, teamwork, and heart.
