Sponsored by Sen. Coleman & Rep. Marti, this bill modernizes brewer-distributor agreements.

Key changes:
✅ Specific notice required for noncompliance claims
✅ Ownership changes (10%+) can’t be unfairly blocked
✅ Brewers must be purchased at cost following termination
✅ Arbitrators must apply Oklahoma law
