IRS provides further relief to taxpayers by extending the tax filing deadline to July 15th.

IRS extends tax filing deadline to July 15 as coronavirus spreads, Mnuchin says President Donald Trump ordered the IRS federal income tax filing extension to help deal with the coronavirus pandemic's economic fallout, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said.

So the IRS has granted a reprieve for majority of individual taxpayers & businesses by extending the time to pay 2019 taxes for 90 days past the April 15th deadline & will waive interest and penalties. You get a little breathing room but still gotta file those tax returns.
